LIMA, Peru -- Perus president is signing off on the extradition of the countrys former soccer boss for his alleged involvement in a multibillion-dollar FIFA bribery scandal involving marketing and broadcasting rights.Manuel Burga has been in jail since December as part of the investigation. Perus Supreme Court in June had cleared the way for his extradition to the United States. President Pedro Pablo Kuczynskis decree authorizing the move came Thursday.Its not clear when Burga will be sent to the U.S.Burga oversaw Perus football federation for more than a decade until 2014.
